Beginner & Intermediate Rifle

Beginner (Level 1) & Intermediate (Level 2) Rifle

Training starts at $150

Beginner Rifle Level 1

***Beginner classes. Pre-Requisite***
NONE

This training starts with basic pistol fundamentals, shooting from holster, compressed ready, etc, building up, to malfunction drills, into reloading drills, getting you ready for full speed Advanced Training. Fundamentals are key, that’s why it’s important to build proper technique from the start. Trigger and Muzzle control, the two most important fundamentals that must be mastered to be safe and effective.

We next move to fundamental drills to include grip, stance, holster presentation, getting on target, magazine changes, failure malfunctions, and marksmanship.

Equipment needed for training, carbine rifle, eye & ear protection, range bag, spare magazines, 400 rounds of rifle ammunition, appropriate clothing, ball cap, closed toe shoes, water and snacks.

Intermediate Rifle Level 2

***Intermediate Class Pre-Requisite***
Successful completion of beginner rifle, or with instructor approval

We start intermediate training same as beginner training, with fundamental drills to include grip, stance, holster presentation, getting on target, magazine changes, failure malfunctions, and marksmanship.

Next we move into target acquisition, engaging multiple targets, being precise in your movement.

Next we move to rifle drills. All the same pistol drill, but with your rifle. Emphasis on keeping your weapon operating correctly.

Next we start transition drills, rifle to pistol, and back. This is where we introduce low speed movement drills, getting you ready to complete a moving live fire course.

Finally…we put everything into play, and have you shoot different timed courses of live fire. Getting you ready for Advanced training.

Equipment needed for  intermediate training, carbine rifle & pistol, eye & ear protection, range bag, 400 rounds of rifle ammunition, 200 rounds of pistol ammunition, spare magazines, tactical belt and/or chest rig, appropriate clothing, ball cap, closed toe shoes, water and snacks.
