NRA Rifle Training consists of learning the fundamental use of different rifles, ammunition, and most importantly…Safety.

Classes will include how to use bolt action, lever action, and carbine rifles. From building your stance, grip, muzzle control, carry positions, loading-unloading, sight alignment, sight picture, transporting, and field stripping.

Learn the correct ammunition for your rifle, how to distinguish between regular ammunition and +P ammunition, the importance of knowing your rifle’s limitations, as well as your own.

Classes will include sighting in optics at 100 meters, and a shooting qualification. Qualification will be from 50 & 100 meters, into a 20” circle. 10 rounds from each distance, with 16 of 20 needed to qualify. Shooting from 100 meters, magnifiers will be allowed for carbine rifles.
