As retired Law Enforcement we enjoy a special privilege granted to us via 18 U.S.C. 926B & 926C, the 2004 Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA), also referred to as “HR-218”. Qualification is a 25 round course of fire, after which, I will provide you with a form that you can take to your local Sheriff’s office to apply for your yearly ID Card, or for your yearly renewal. For your initial, I also offer notary services included in the fee.
