FFL & SOT Information

I am a Type 07 Federal Firearms License holder with a Class 2 SOT. I handle firearm transfers, including NFA items like short barrel rifles (SBRs) and suppressors.

Transfer Fees

Regular Transfers (Non-NFA):
$25 for the first firearm, $15 for each additional (same transaction).

You must bring a valid driver’s license (or proof of residency if out of state). An ATF Form 4473 and FBI background check will be completed. If approved, you can take your firearm the same day.

NFA Transfers:
$85 per item.

Example:
1 SBR + 1 Suppressor = $170 total (2 separate forms required).

NFA Requirements

• ATF Form 4 is required for each item

• 2”x2” passport-style photo

• Fingerprints (EFT accepted)

I can help with photos and digital fingerprints. Your records will be saved for future use.

Building Your Own SBR

You must complete an ATF Form 1 and submit it with the same requirements (photo and fingerprints).

Important Note

• Photos must be updated every 6 months

• Fingerprints do not expire
